Doesn’t everyone love a warm buttered hot cross bun with a cup of tea? I ‘ll tell you one thing, I do and come Easter my whole family is craving them. The only problem where we live is that we don’t see many of them sold in the stores so we normally have to resort to making our own.
The first time I tried making hot cross buns they came out like rocks and I was pretty disappointed but I persisted with finding the perfect recipe.
