Summery Salad with sweet peaches, savoury Pork, and a touch of grill.
I made this pork belly and grilled peach salad after having some crispy beer braised pork left over and thought it would pair really well with some salad greens and fresh grilled peaches. The salad really did come out well and tasted absolutely delicious.
